寒邪与肿瘤关系探要

摘　　要：寒邪是六淫邪气之一,它与肿瘤的发生发展关系密切。本文基于《黄帝内经》,结合现代医学,对寒邪与肿瘤的发生发展关系的病机进行探究,从而为预防及治疗肿瘤的提供理论基础。寒邪与肿瘤的关系具体表现为以下四个方面:寒邪易致肿瘤的产生;寒邪诱发局部气机逆乱,促进肿瘤形成;寒邪与正气相搏是肿瘤迅速生长的原因;寒邪伏匿于体内,成为肿瘤复发的原因。Cold pathogen, one of the six pathogenic qi, is closely related to the development of tumor. The paper explores the pathogenesis of tumor and provides a theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of tumor, based on The Inner Canon of Huangdi and combined with modem medical science. The relationship demonstrates as follows： cold pathogen is liable to tumor development; cold pathogen promotes tumor development through causing local qi movement disturbance; the fighting between cold pathogen and healthy qi leads to quick growth of tumor; cold pathogen hidden in the body causes the recurrence of tumor.
