抑郁症患者自我效能与自我病耻感的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨抑郁症患者自我效能与自我病耻感的相关性。方法采用一般自我效能感问卷和精神疾病病耻感感受调查表对泰州、兴化和靖江三市的精神疾病防治院的147例抑郁症患者进行调查。结果抑郁症患者一般自我效能得分低于国内常模(P<0.01);91.2%的患者存在自我病耻感;Spearman相关分析发现,患者的自我效能水平与自我病耻感标准分、疏远体验、刻板印象、歧视体验、社交退缩体验呈负相关(P<0.01);多元逐步回归结果显示,影响患者自我效能水平的因素是疏远体验和每天最多一顿服药种数。结论抑郁症患者自我效能水平较低,自我病耻感较高。患者的疏远体验越强烈,服药种数越多,其自我效能感也随之降低。Objective To investigate the relationship of self‐efficacy and self‐stigma in the patients with depressive disorder .Methods The self‐efficacy and self‐stigma were investigated with general self‐efficacy scale and internalized stigma of mental illness scale in 147 patients with depressive disorder in the Prevention and Cure Center of Mental Disease in Taizhou ,Xinghua and Jingjiang . Results The score of self‐efficacy from 147 patients with depressive disorder was lower than that of the national norm （ P〈0 .01 ） .Self‐stigma existed in 91.2% of the patients .Spearman correlation analysis showed that the score of self‐efficacy was negatively correlated with the scores of ISMI , alienation ,stereotype endorsement ,perceived discrimination and social withdrawal（P〈0 .01） .Multiple linear regression analysis showed that alienation and the most oral species of haust every day were the main factors to affect self‐efficacy level .Conclusion Patients with depressive disorder were in the lower level of self‐efficacy and in the higher level of self‐stigma .The more feeling of alienation and the more species of haust every day are ,the lower is the self‐efficacy .
