摘　　要：目的为构建适合我国国情的艾滋病相关症状管理指南提供证据支持。方法以指南改编方法为指导,结合我国艾滋病相关症状管理现况,对现有的艾滋病相关症状管理指南进行检索、评价、内容遴选和整合。结果共纳入21份国内外相关指南,内容涉及艾滋病相关症状的影响因素、评价方法和干预措施3个方面。结论本次指南改编形成了高质量的证据资源,为临床实践指南的构建提供了可靠的证据支持。Objective To provide evidence support in developing clinical practice guidelines for symptom man- agement in people living with HIV（PLHIV） in China. Methods According to ADAPTE methodology and status of symptom management in PLHIV,we searched,appraised,selected and adapted the current clinical practice guidelines on symptom management in PLHIV. Results A total of 21 guidelines were included,and the clinical practice guidelines involved 3 aspects：influence factors,assessment methods and interventions. Conclusion High quality evi- dence resources have been formed and reliable evidence support have been provided for the development of clinical practice guidelines based on guidelines adaption.
