摘 要:目的构建三级医院护士岗位管理评价指标体系,为护士岗位管理制度实施效果评价提供科学依据。方法采用德尔菲法,通过3轮专家咨询,构建护士岗位管理评价指标体系,采用层次分析法对各指标权重进行赋值。结果构建出一套系统、全面、科学的护士岗位管理评价指标体系,包括5个维度的二级指标及43个三级指标,各指标权重由高到低依次为护理质量、患者评价、护士评价、医生评价、住院服务利用。结论本研究构建的护士岗位管理评价指标体系,可为进一步评价我国医院护士岗位管理的实施效果提供参考。Objective To develop the evaluation indicator system for nurse post management in China's tertiary hospitals. Methods Delphi method was used to establish evaluation indicator system for nurse post management via 3 rounds of expert consultation. Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was utilized to calculate the weight of each indica- tor. Results A systematic,comprehensive and scientific evaluation indicator system for nurse post management was established in this study,which included 5 secondary and 43 tertiary indicators. According to weights,the indicators were ranked in descending order as follows: quality of care ,patient evaluation,nurse evaluation,physician evalua- tion,and use of inpatient services. Conclusion The present study can provide a basis for evaluating the effect of the implementation of nurse post management in hospitals in China and provide references for future relevant researches.
