24例全面部骨折的诊断和治疗临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨全面部骨折的临床特点及手术治疗效果。方法:对本院2011年1月-2013年8月收治的24例全面部骨折患者的诊治进行回顾性分析,研究全面部骨折的临床特点和治疗方法的选择。结果:24例患者中,优17例,良4例,差3例。除2例患者对面型恢复不满意外,其余患者均对术后的面型较满意。术后面神经损伤1例,颞区塌陷1例。结论:全面部骨折可造成颧、眶、鼻、上颌骨的错位和面容畸形,需联合骨间切开复位,采取开放复位内固定手术治疗的方式,遵循从下向上、由外及内的复位固定顺序,重建面颅框架、面型突度及口腔咬合关系,才能达到较好的效果,才能尽可能恢复患者的外型和功能。Objective： To investigate the clinical features and surgical treatment of panfaciai fractures. Method ： 24 patients with panfacial fracture in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed to study the clinical characteristics and treatment choice overall fracture from January 2011 to August 2013.Result： Among the 24 cases, 17 cases were excellent, 4 eases were good and 3 cases were poor.In addition 2 patients recover not satisfied, the rest of the patients were more satisfied with postoperative face type. Postoperative facial nerve injury was 1 case, temporal region collapse was 1 case.Conclusion： The panfacial fracture can cause deformity dislocation of zygomatic, orbital, nasal, maxillary and facial, need to take the open reduction and internal fixation surgery way, follow from the bottom up and from the outside and the inside of the reset fixed sequence, cranial reconstruction of face frame , surface type protrusion and oral occlusal relationship in order to achieve better results, to restore the appearance and function of the patients as possible.
