阿莫西林联合两种质子泵抑制剂治疗胃溃疡的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的 探讨阿莫西林联合两种质子泵抑制剂治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法 随机抽取2012年3月~2014年2月本院收治的85例胃溃疡患者的临床资料。按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组43例和对照组42例。观察组患者采用阿莫西林联合雷贝拉唑治疗,对照组患者采用阿莫西林联合奥美拉唑治疗。观察两组患者的胃溃疡愈合情况、临床治疗效果。结果 观察组溃疡愈合总有效率为95.35%,显著高于对照组的73.81%,观察组患者的溃疡愈合情况优于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的76.19%（P〈0.05）;观察组患者治疗后的生存质量评分及症状总评分均显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组患者疗程结束后,Hp清除率为93.02%,显著高于对照组的85.71%（P〈0.05）。结论 阿莫西林联合雷贝拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床效果佳,有较高的溃疡愈合有效率和治疗总有效率,能提高患者的生存质量和Hp根除率,改善临床症状,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of amoxicillin combine with two kinds of proton pump inhibitors treating gastric ulcer. Methods Clinical data of 85 patients with gastric ulcer treated in our hospital from March 2012 to February 2014,and they were divided into observation group（43 cases） and control group（42 cases）.Observation group was treated by amoxicillin combined with rabeprazole,while control group was treated by amoxicillin combined with omeprazole.The gastric ulcer healing,clinical effect was observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate of ulcer healing in observation group（95.35%） was obviously higher than that of control group（73.81%） and ulcer healing in observation group was better than control group（P〈0.05）;the total effective rate of treatment in observation group（95.35%）was higher than that of control group（76.19%）（P〈0.05）;the score of quality of life and the total score of symptom in observation group was lower than that of control group respectively（P〈0.05）;Hp clearance rate in observation group（93.02%）was higher than that of control group after treatment（85.71%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusi on Clinical effect of amoxicillin combine with rabeprazole treating gastric ulcer is good,and it has high rate of gastric ulcer healing and the total effective rate of clinical effect,and can effectively improve quality of life and the total score of symptom and Hp clearance rate,and can improve clinical symptom.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
