摘  要:高校附属医院以科研促进学科和师资队伍建设,实行科研首席研究者制、教学责任医师负责制和理论授课A/B角制,把科研成果编入教材并在理论授课和床边教学时讲授,可取得明显的教学效果。As the affiliated specialized hospital of comprehensive university ,it is necessary to promote the development of sub-jects and facultythrough scientific research .The system of Principal Investigator (PI ) ,responsible doctor for teaching and A/B role playing in theoretic teaching were carried out .We updated the teaching materials with achievements of scientific research and pass them on to students during the lectures and bedside teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology .Obvious teaching effects were obtained with these measures .
