结肠镜与腹腔镜联合在下消化道肿瘤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析对下消化道肿瘤患者行腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗的效果。方法以2014年3月至2015年3月间收治的82例下消化道肿瘤患者进行入组研究,根据其就诊时间随机分成两组,观察组和对照组各41例,分别采用腹腔镜治疗和腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗。结果两组患者的手术时间比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但是观察组患者的术中出血量、引流时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异明显,存在明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合结肠镜治疗下消化道肿瘤效果明显,具有临床应用价值。Objective Observing the influence that propofol combined Dezocine for children impact on circulation,respiratory function and anesthetic effects when painless gastroscopy. Methods The hospital painless gastroscopy were randomly divided into two groups of children with 120 cases,60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with propofol anesthesia; experimental group was treated with Dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia. Mean arterial pressure（ MAP）,heart rate（ HR）,respiratory rate（ RR）,Sp O2 were recorded before and after treatment of two groups of children.Results After the inspection of children＇s waking hours in the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Propofol combined Dezocine for children gastroscopy has the synergy of sedation and analgesia. Awaking time of children is short,and little impact on respiratory function. It is worth promoting.
