摘　　要："四个河南"即富强河南、文明河南、平安河南、美丽河南。"四个河南"建设是河南省全面落实中国特色社会主义"五位一体"战略布局的重大举措,能够有力地推动河南省由传统农业大省、经济大省和文化资源大省向新兴工业大省、经济强省、文化强省、生态良省转变,实现河南振兴。在建设过程中,应整体设计、全面推进,突出重点、夯实基础,协调联动、融合发展,以体制机制建设保证各项政策措施落到实处。＂ Four Henan＂ construction is in line with the situation in Henan Province,and it is the full implementation of the construction of socialism with China’s strategic layout of ＂ five in one＂. It is the theory and practice of building a prosperous Henan,civilized Henan,safe Henan and beautiful Henan. ＂ Four Henan＂ construction will effectively promote our province by the transformation of traditional agriculture,economic and cultural resources to new industrial,strong economical,cultural,and ecological province. This will certainly promote the realization of the Chinese dream of the national prosperity,the revitalization of the nation,the happiness of the people. Comprehensive measures should be taken to implement the strategy.
