摘  要:将设备结构信息与设备维护相结合,通过对设备结构信息、历史维护信息和实时监测信息进行综合分析,从而准确地对设备维护做出决策。针对设备维护系统数据量大,数据类型丰富的问题,结合多种设备维护策略,以OSA-CBM(Qpen System Architecture for Condition-based Mainfenance)体系结构为基础,提出由设备管理、测点管理和设备维护等模块组成完整的设备管理与维护系统(EMMS),并使用UML语言对各个模块的关键部分进行详细描述,从而使得系统的模块之间与模块内部具有灵活性、通用性与易扩展的特点。When combining the equipment structural information with equipment maintenance, and by comprehensive analysis on equipment structural information, historical maintenance information and real-time monitoring information, it is able to make accurate decision on equipment maintenance solution. In light of the problems of large data amount and rich date types the equipment maintenance system has, in combination with multiple equipment maintenance strategies and based on OSA-CBM architecture, we propose a complete equipment management and maintenance system (EMMS) which is consisted of equipment management module, measuring point management module and equipment maintenance module. The key part of each module is described in detail using UML. Thereby the system has the characteristics of flexibility, universality and scalability between the modules and inside the modules themselves.
