摘　　要：目的 探讨采用伊托必利联合氟哌噻吨治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果.方法 随机选取平舆县人民医院2011年9月至2013年12月收治的功能性消化不良患者90例,随机分为伊托必利组、氟哌噻吨组和联合用药组,对比三组患者的临床治疗效果.结果 联合用药组患者的总治疗有效率明显优于伊托必利组和氟哌噻吨组患者,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采用伊托必利联合氟哌噻吨对功能性消化不良患者进行治疗,疗效显著,安全可靠,建议在临床上进一步推广.Objective To investigate the clinical effects of itopride joint flupentixol on functional dyspepsia.Methods Randomly selected 90 cases of functional dyspepsia patients in Pingyu people＆#39; s hospital from September 2011 to December 2013,and they were randomly divided into itopride group,flupentixol group and combination treatment group,the therapeutic effects of three groups were combated.Results The efficiency of combination group was significantly better than that of the itopride group and flupentixol group,the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Itopride joint flupentixol has significant effect on functional dyspepsia patients,and it is safe and reliable,so it is recommended to be further promoted in clinical practice.
