摘　　要：文章从分析应用型本科高校翻译专业存在的问题入手,提出基于就业导向的应用型本科高校翻译专业改革的思路与策略:立足市场,开展调研,创新课程设置,完善课程体系;完善教学内容,开展模块化、任务式教学;丰富教学方法,结合现代化技术和媒体,因材施教,开展个性化、讨论式教学;完善评价体系,进行重过程、立体化、多维度考核;重视课程实践,创新实践环节;强化教师培养,建设"双师型"队伍。This paper analyzed the present situation of the translation curriculum system for application- oriented universities, pointed out its problems, and gave suggestions as follow： firstly, reforming and perfecting the curriculum systems; secondly, enriching and perfecting the teaching content, and carrying out the task-based teaching model; thirdly, applying multi-media to teaching, and teaching students in accordance of their aptitude; fourthly, perfecting the evaluation system; fifthly, making innovations in practice; sixthly, cultivating the dual-qualification teachers.
