曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者的疗效与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 分析曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者的临床疗效与安全性。方法 收集2010年10月～2014年11月诊治的90例（180眼）原发性开角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,根据患者的治疗药物将其分为曲伏前列素滴眼液组（45例,90眼）与马来酸噻吗洛尔组（45例,90眼）,马来酸噻吗洛尔组患者采用马来酸噻吗洛尔治疗,曲伏前列素滴眼液组采用曲伏前列素滴眼液,观察患者的总体治疗效果、不良反应发生率、治疗前后的视力、散光度改善情况以及治疗后不同时间的眼压改善情况。结果 观察患者在视力变化、眼压变化、视野变化方面的整体治疗效果发现,曲伏前列素滴眼液组明显优于马来酸噻吗洛尔组（P〈0.05）;同时,曲伏前列素滴眼液组不良反应发生率明显低于马来酸噻吗洛尔组（P〈0.05）;且曲伏前列素滴眼液组患者的治疗前后的视力、散光度改善情况以及治疗后不同时间的眼压改善情况明显优于马来酸噻吗洛尔组（P〈0.05）。结论 曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗原发性开角型青光眼患者具有良好的临床疗效,并具有很高的安全性。Objective To analysis of clinical efficacy and safety of travoprost eye drops in treatment of patients with primary open - angle glaucoma. Methods To collected from October 2010 to November 2014 during the diagnosis and treatment of 90 cases （180 eyes） with primary open- angle glaucoma patients as the research object, according to the treatment of patients with drugs will be divided into the travoprost eye drops group （45 cases, 90 eyes） with travoprost and Timclol Maleate group （45 cases, 90 eyes）, with Timclol Maleate. Patients using timelol maleate therapy in Timclol Maleate group, travoprost eye drops group adopted travoprost, observing the patient＇s overall treatment effect, the incidence of adverse reactions, eyesight, photometric before and after treatment as well as the improved situation of intraocu- lar pressure in different time after treatment. Results To observe the patients＇ changes in visual acuity, intraocular pressure, vision changes in terms of the overall treatment effect is found, travoprost is obviously better than the other eye drops group Timclol Maleate group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; At the same time, travoprost eye drops group significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions of Timclol Maleate group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; And travoprost eye drops group before and after treat- ment in patients with vision, improve luminosity and intraocular pressure improved obviously in different time after treatment is better than that of Timclol Maleate group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Ttravoprost eye drops in the treatment of primary openangle glaucoma patients has good clinical curative effect and very high security.
