摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱癌的预后和环氧化酶-2的关系。方法分析56例膀胱癌术后患者临床资料,通过免疫组化的方法对环氧化酶-2阳性率进行判定。结果膀胱癌不同病理分级和环氧化酶-2阳性率呈现明显的正相关,膀胱癌淋巴结转移和环氧化酶-2阳性率呈现明显的正相关(P<0.05)。结论环氧化酶-2和膀胱癌的发生、发展、预后有着密切的联系,为指导临床合理用药提供了可靠的理论依据。Objective To investigate relationship between prognosis of bladder cancer and cyclooxygenase-2.Methods Clinical data of 56 bladder cancer patients were analyzed after operation. Immunohistochemical method was applied to detect positive rate of cyclooxygenase-2.Results There was a obviously positive correlation between pathological classification of bladder cancer and positive rate of cyclooxygenase-2. Lymphatic metastasis of bladder cancer also had positive correlation with positive rate of cyclooxygenase-2 （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cyclooxygenase-2 is closely related with occurrence, progression and prognosis of bladder cancer, and it can provide reliable theoretical reference for clinical rational drug use.
