翼状胬肉逆向切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨显微翼状胬肉逆向切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法 172例(179眼)翼状胬肉逆向切除后,将术眼颞上方带有角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植到巩膜暴露区。随访观察6-24个月。结果179眼中治愈166眼,占92.74%,复发13眼(包括复发性胬肉5例),占7.26%。结论翼状胬肉逆向切除有利于病变组织干净切除,角膜缘干细胞移植重建角膜缘,角膜上皮修复快,降低了复发率,操作简单,费用低,是基层医院治疗翼状胬肉较好的手术方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of reversing excision of pterygium combined with the transplant of limbal stem cells autograft Methods 172 patients （172 eyes） undertook reversing excision of pteryglum combined with the transplant of limbal stem ceils autograft. All patients were followed up for 6-24 months. Results 166 eyes were cured and 13 eyes （including 5 eyes of recurrent pterygium） relapsed. Conclusion Reversing excision the pterygium could remove the tissue completely. Transplant of limbal stem cells autograft could reconstruct ocular surface quickly. It is a simple, effective and economical method and suitable for primary hospital.
