摘　　要：目的探讨割冻术联合羊膜移植术联合免疫抑制剂治疗蚕食性角膜溃疡的效果。方法选择2008年1月至2012年6月在我院住院的蚕食性角膜溃疡患者。共16例(17眼)通过联合治疗,随访1-3年。结果 10例(11眼)经过一次联合治疗治愈。4眼一次性治疗后显效,2眼无效,经再次治疗后4例病情控制未复发。2例行板层角膜移植术治疗。结论割冻术联合羊膜移植术联合免疫抑制剂治疗蚕食性角膜溃疡效果良好。Objective To explore the effect of the treatment of Mooren ulcer by cut frozen combined amniotic membrane transplantation and immune inhibitors therapy. Methods 16 cases （17 eyes） with Mooren ulcer in our hospital were treated by cut and frozen combined with amniotic membrane transplantation and immune inhibitors therapy. All patients were followed up for 1-5 years. Results There were lleyes cured, 4 eyes improved, and invalid 2 eyes after a combination treatment. After retreatment, 4 cases of disease were controlled. Lamellar keratoplasty was performed in 2 eyes. Conclusion The effect of the combination treatment is good for Mooren ulcer.
