摘　　要：针对特定区域内医疗机构间心电数据无法有效共享、协同诊断的问题,为提高医疗服务水平与质量,通过对大量数据积累与业务分析,提出以应用于社区等基层医疗机构的心电工作站系统,应用于各级医院的ECG-Expert心电信息管理系统和应用于区域信息整合的区域心电信息平台构成的"两系统一平台"的区域化心电解决方案,构建成一个集心电数据采集、分析处理、远程诊断、远程会诊、心电临床科研等为一体的心电数据综合服务平台。ECG data cannot be effectively shared and collaboratively diagnosed among medical institutions in the area. In order to improve the medical service level and quality, through accumulation of a large amount of data and business analysis, the ECG workstation system used in the communities and other basic-level medical institutions is proposed to be applied to the ECG-Expert information management system of all levels of hospitals and the ECG information platform for the regional information integration. The regional ECG solution consisting of two systems and one platform is provided. The integrated service platform of ECG data integrating ECG data acquisition, analysis and processing, remote diagnosis, remote consultation and clinical scientific research of ECG is built.
