摘　　要：应用型人才培养模式的构建是一个系统工程,落实也涉及方方面面,从每一门课程指向具体的能力培养到人才培养目标指向市场需求,层层递进,需要各方配合。以应用为主,以地方为坐标,以需求为导向,基于需求,考虑到应用性就会同时考虑到地方性,在转型中逐步加快职业教育步伐。Constructing the pattern of cultivating application-oriented talents is a systematic project, involving many aspects. From the specific ability cultivation of each course to the market-oriented demand of the talents cultivation target, this pattern requires the cooperation with each other. In addition, constructing this pattern needs to focus on the application, taking the region as the coordinate, having the requirement as the guidance, basing the cultivation on requirements and aiming to speed up the development of vocational education in the process of the transformation.
