摘　　要：构建了房地产投资环境竞争力评价指标体系,分析了银川市2014年房地产投资环境竞争力。结果显示:2014年银川市房地产投资环境竞争力处于相对较高水平,但各功能指标得分差异显著。The real estate investment environment competitiveness evaluation index system is established, and the real estate investment environment competitiveness of Yinchuan in 2014 is analyzed. The results show that the real estate investment environment competitiveness of Yinchuan in 2014 is at a relatively high level, but the score difference of each function index is remarkable.
