工业工程专业本科生实践创新教学模式研究

摘　　要：根据现代工业工程学科的特征、人才培养模式和目标,以价值工程及项目管理作为教学改革的方法论,更新工业工程专业全日制学士学位本科生的教学体系,建设实践基地,增强实践环节,实现工业工程专业理论知识、生产实践知识的学习和实验技能、面向企业实际项目的系统综合能力培养相融合的"四位一体"的教学模式,解决了本科生缺乏实践能力与综合运用知识能力的问题。According to the characteristics of modern industrial engineering, training model and target, basing value engineering＇and project management as methodology, this paper is to update the teaching system of undergraduate majoring in Industrial Engineering, and to construct Practice Base and enhanced practice, and Construct the teaching mode of ＂three -in-one＂ including teaching of industrial engineering theory, experimental research, practical topics in companies for course design, so that the graduate students are well adapted to the demand in transition of ＂service-oriented manufacturing＂.
