函数三维曲面生成教具的研制

摘　　要：研制了一种可以生成任意设定的三维曲面的教学用具,单片机控制系统采用由电磁开关及气压装置组成驱动系统,根据输入的函数控制棒阵中每根棒的上升高度,使棒阵中每根棒的端点处于不同的空间位置,进而使棒阵形成函数所表达的空间实体曲面。该教具可应用于数学课堂中各种函数曲面的演示教学,也可用于机械制图、机械设计等机电工程类专业课程的三维实体曲面的形成演示。其操作简便,形成的函数曲面立体化、精度高,且成本低廉,适于推广。A realia which can generate arbitrary 3-dimensional surface has been developed. The SCM control system includes drive system assembled with electromagnetic switch and pneumatic device as well as PLC control system. The height of each rod raise is controlled by the drive and control system according to the in-put functions. The different positions in space of each rod＇s endpoints in the rods array result in forming a spa-tial curved surface. The realia not only can be applied in mathematics course for all kinds of function surface teaching demo,but also in the professional courses of mechanical engineering such as engineering graphic and machinery design. It is easy to promote because of easy operation,visual 3D effect,high precision and low cost.
