摘　　要：目的采用QUECHERS前处理方法,建立气相色谱法同时测定可食性包装材料中21种有机氯农药含量的分析方法。方法可食性包装材料中的21种有机氯农药在超声振荡条件下用乙腈提取,氮气流吹干后用甲醇和正己烷定容,经C18、氨基、无水硫酸镁和PSA净化后,采用DB-1毛细管柱进行分离,ECD检测器检测,采用外标法定量。结果可食性包装材料中21种有机氯农药检测方法的线性范围为0.05 mg/L^1.0 mg/L,相关系数为0.995 4~0.999 9,平均回收率为85.75%~100.40%,相对标准偏差为0.43%~4.66%。结论结果表明该方法快速、简便、灵敏、准确,适用于可食性包装材料中有机氯农药的测定。Objective Adopting the QUECHERS pretreatment method,to establish the analysis method for the simultaneous determination of 21 organochlorine pesticides in food packing material with gas chromatography（ GC）. Methods The pesticide residues in food packaging materials were extracted with acetonitrile under ultrasonic vibration,dried- up with nitronge and quantified with carbinol and nhexane. The organochlorine pesticides and pyrethroida pesticides were purified by C18,NH2,MgSO4 and PSA. The sample was separated with DB- 1 capillary column,determined by gas chromatography- electron capture detection and quantified by external standard method. Results The linear range of the method was 0. 05 mg / L- 1. 00 mg / L with the correlation coefficients of 0. 995 4- 0. 999 9,average recovery rate of 85. 75%- 100. 40%,and relative standard deviation of 0. 43%- 4. 66%. Conclusion The results show that the method is rapid,simple,sensitive and accurate,and suitable for the determination of organochlorine pesticides in food packaging materials.
