不同排龈材料对牙龈炎症因子受体表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察应用排龈线和排龈膏后大鼠牙龈中某些炎症因子受体的表达。方法分别应用排龈线或排龈膏对65只wistar大鼠进行排龈处理,以不进行排龈处理的大鼠作为对照。分别在排龈后30min,1d,2d,4d,7d,12d采集大鼠牙龈组织进行观察。结果在TNF-α因子表达上排龈线组在1d、2d、4d和7d强于排龈膏组,差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.01);在EGFR因子表达上排龈线与排龈膏组在2d和7d IOD值统计学分析有显著性差异(P<0.01)。排龈线12d组和排龈膏7d组与对照组比较,上述两项指标无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论应用排龈线与排龈膏均是可靠安全的,排龈膏对牙龈组织的损伤程度要轻于排龈线,排龈膏较排龈线的生物学效应更佳。Objective To observe the impacts of the application of gingival retraction line or gingival retraction paste on the expression of some of the gingivitis factor receptors in rats. Methods Altogether 65 Wistar rats were included in this study and gingival retraction line or gingival retraction paste was used for gingival retraction. And rats without gingival retraction were used as the control. Gingival tissues were collected from the rats for observation 30 min,1d, 2d, 4d, 7d and 12 d after the gingival retraction respectively. Results Upon pathological observation it has been found that the expression of the TNF-α factor was superior in the gingival retraction line group than in the gingival retraction paste group at 1d, 2d, 4d and 7d and the differences are statistically significant（〈P 0.01）, while for the expression of the EGFR factor there were statistically significant differences in the IOD value between the gingival retraction line group and the gingival retraction paste group at 2d and 7d（P〈0.01）. There were no statistically significant differences between the gingival retraction line group at 12 d and the gingival retraction paste group at 7d and the control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Both the use of gingival retraction lines and gingival retraction pastes are reliable and safe. The impacts of gingival retraction pastes on the gingival tissues are less than that of gingival retraction lines and gingival retraction pastes have superior biological effects than those of gingival retraction lines.
