摘  要:本文采用γ-Al2O3为载体,通过浸渍法制备了Co Mo/γ-Al2O3催化剂,并用硫代硫酸铵对催化剂进行器外预硫化,在连续固定床上考察了反应条件对加氢裂化的影响,本文通过正交试验考察得出各影响因素对加氢裂化作用影响主次顺序,然后对反应温度、压力、氢油比(H2/oil)进行优化.用XRD、NH3-TPD、H2-TPR等手段对催化剂进行了系列表征,并对加氢裂化轻质油进行密度、粘度、元素分析、馏程、FI-IR等测试.结果表明:当反应温度为450?C、压力为9 Mpa、H2/oil为600~800时,加氢裂化轻质油收率为81%.In this thesis, γ-Al2O3 was used to be the carrier, CoMo/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared using impregnation method, (NH4)2S2O3 was used in the Ex-Situ presulfiding process. The effect of reaction conditions on hydrocracking was investigated by orthogonal test in a continuous flow fixed-bed reactor. The effect of temperature, pressure and H2/oil ratio was investigated,other experimental parameters were kept constant. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, NH3-TPD, H2-TPR. The density, kinematic viscosity, boiling range of products were measuerd, the products were characterized by FT-IR and Elemental analysis It is showed that the yield of fuel oil reached 81% when the temperature was 450-C,P was9Mpa and H2.oil ratio was 600~800.
