摘　　要：护理学是研究有关预防保健和疾病防治过程中的护理理论与方法的科学,随着社会人口结构的改变、健康需求的扩大和社区卫生保健的发展,护理学的学科内涵和范畴也发生了巨大的变化.本文对护理学人才培养与学科建设中的培养目标、核心课程、研究方向、研究内容以及社会需求等方面的问题进行探索,并提出若干思考.Nursing is a science of researching on preventive care and the nursing theory and method during the process of disease prevention and control.With the change of the social population structure and the development of the growing demand for health and community health care,great changes have also taken place in the connotation and category of nursing discipline.In this paper,with the nursing talents cultivation and discipline construction,we made a more comprehensive theoretical exploration and conducted a number of thinking,as we revolve around training goal,core courses,research direction and content and social need.
