外科学总论教学中融入现代外科器械相关内容的初步尝试

摘　　要：电刀、超声刀、自动缝合器、吻合器及腹腔镜等现代外科器械是外科手术不可缺少的组成部分.但是,以往外科学总论教学中这部分内容很少涉及.现代外科器械知识是培养适应当代及今后外科工作的创新型外科医师的重要内容,对于提高外科学教学水平和远期效应都具有重要的意义.本文的目的在于探讨医学生外科学总论教学中融入现代外科器械知识与操作技能的意义及方法.北京大学人民医院采用自行设计现代外科器械知识与使用技能教学课件,在八年制临床医学专业学生的外科学总论教学中进行了尝试,并将讲座、观摩与实际操作相结合,组织学生兴趣小组深入研究.结果显示,学生对教学效果较为满意,对外科学的兴趣显著提高.Modern surgical instruments such as electric scalpel,ultrasonic scalpel,stapler,anastomat and laparoscopy are integral part of modem surgery.But in many medical schools these are vacant in surgery pandect teaching.The knowledge is the main fulcrum to develop the innovative surgeons for the present and the future.It＇ s of great significance and long-term effect for the improvement of the overall level of surgical education.This paper aimed at analyzing the significance and methods of integrating modern surgical instruments application skills into surgery pandect teaching.Peking University People＇s Hospital designed teaching courseware on the knowledge of modem surgical instrument and integrated it into the curriculum of eight-year medical students.The lecture was combined with inspect and practice.Interest groups were organized for further study.Survey after completion of course showed satisfied results.Students＇ interest in surgery improved significantly.
