护理实习学生医院感染专项培训方法与常规培训方法的成效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨护理实习学生在外科实习医院感染及防护培训的方法,以为职业防护培训提供依据.方法 选择2013年在中山大学附属第五医院实习外科学的35名护理本科、专科及中专实习学生为研究对象,将2013年16名学生设为实验组,2012年19名学生设为对照组.两组学生的培训内容均为医院感染及防护培训.实验组学生采取专项培训方法,对照组学生采取常规培训培训方法.培训结束后,采用自制问卷及回顾性调查问卷评价两种方法的培训效果.结果 专项培训后的实习学生医院感染知识考核优良率为93.8％,职业暴露发生率为31.3％;学生及带教教师对专项培训的满意度分别为85.7％及93.8％,与常规培训结果比较,差异具有统计学意义,P＜0.05.结论 护理实习学生外科学实习中开展医院感染及防护的专项培训,有利于强化学生的医院感染意识,有助于提高学生的职业防护能力.Objective To explore the effect of special training for the nosocomial infection knowledge and occupational protection of surgical interns so as to provide practical basis for better implementation of the occupational protection.Methods A special training program was carried out for the 35 nursing undergraduates,vocational students and technical secondary students.Among them,16 interns in 2013 were as the experimental group,and 19 interns in 2012 were as the control group.The training contents of the two groups were nosocomial infection and protection training.The students in the experimental group took special training method,and the control group of students took the conventional training method.Training effectiveness was evaluated by self-made papers and retrospective questionnaire form.Results After special training,examination score excellent and good ratio was 93.8%,the incidence of occupational exposure was 31.3%,satisfaction degree of the students and teachers were 85.7% and 93.8% respectively.The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Carrying out special training may contribute to the safety of surgical interns,improve the protective consciousness of occupational exposure protection of the interns,obviously lowered the incidence of occupational exposure.
