摘 要:目的:探讨膳食纤维(dietary fiber,DF)对脂代谢紊乱小鼠的作用。方法:48只雄性C57BL/6J小鼠按体重随机分为阴性对照组、模型对照组、燕麦DF组和全小麦DF组,以相应饲料连续喂养24周,测定各组小鼠体重、摄食量、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖以及炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子α和白介素-6等指标,同时进行肝脏组织病理学检查。结果:与模型对照组比较,燕麦DF和全小麦DF降低了脂代谢紊乱小鼠的体重、血清TC、FFAs和TNFα水平以及肝匀浆TG水平,燕麦DF降低了血糖水平。两组干预组小鼠肝脏脂肪变性程度明显减轻。结论DF对高脂高胆固醇饲料诱导的脂代谢紊乱小鼠的血脂水平及炎性因子水平具有较好的改善作用,燕麦DF对总胆固醇和血糖的作用优于全小麦DF,全小麦DF对甘油三酯的作用优于燕麦DF。Objective To explore the effect of dietary fiber ( DF) on lipid metabolic disorder mice. Method Forty-eight male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into four groups according to body weight Negative control group, model control group, oat fiber group and wheat bran fiber group were given respective experimental diets for 24 weeks. Body weight, food consumption, serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), glucose and TNFα, IL-6 were measured respectively, liver specimens were examined with pathological detection.Results Compared with model control group, both oat fiber group and wheat bran fiber group significantly decreased body weight, serum TC, WAs ,TNFα and TG level in liver tissue, and oat fiber group decreased glucose level. The two intervention group significantly decrease the degree of hepatic steatosis. Conclusion DF intake could improve lipid and inflammatory level of lipid metabolic disorder mice induced by a high-fat/cholesterol diet.
