摘　　要：目的了解临床护士化疗药物职业防护知识掌握状况,分析其知识的来源途径及学习兴趣,为提高临床护士化疗职业防护知识提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计的综合医院护理人员化疗职业防护知识调查问卷,对503名临床护士进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括一般资料、护士化疗职业防护知识、化疗防护知识获取途径及学习兴趣3个部分。结果临床护士接触化疗药物主要为静脉输液(88.5%)和配药(81.3%)等操作。对于低剂量化疗药物的影响,接触化疗药物后的处理方式和化疗药物作用机制等3个条目护士掌握率不足70%,其中掌握化疗药物作用机制的调查对象仅占47.7%。99.4%的调查对象对化疗职业防护知识的学习有兴趣。70%以上的调查对象从同事或工作中获取化疗职业防护知识。护士希望获取化疗职业防护知识的3个主要途径依次为:继续教育培训(86.5%)、基础医学课程(71.0%)和专业杂志(45.5%)。结论临床护士对化疗职业防护知识掌握情况一般,提示护理管理者需要针对性地设置培训计划,提高护士化疗职业防护知识,以提升临床护士化疗职业防护水平。Objective To investigate clinical nurses＇ knowledge,resources and learning interest in chemotherapeutic occupational protection. Methods Totally 503 clinical nurses were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about the level,resources and learning interest in chemotherapeutic ocoupational protection knowledge. Results The involved nurses mainly contacted with chemotherapy drugs via vein infusion（88.5%） and dispensing drugs（81.3%）. Less than 70% nurses knew the impact of low dose of chemotherapy drug,treatment after contacting with chemotherapy drugs and the mechanism of chemotherapy drugs. Only 47.7% of nurses understood the mechanism of the chemotherapy drugs. 99.4% of nurses showed interests in occupational protection knowledge. More than70% of nurses acquired knowledge from their colleagues and work experiences. The top three pre ferred resources of protection knowledge were continuing education courses（86.5%）,basic medical courses（71.0%）,and professional journals（45.5%）. Conclusion Clinical nurses＇ chemotherapeutic occupational protection knowledge is insufficient. It is suggested to set appropriate and specific courses to increase nurses＇ occupational protection knowledge and improve nurses＇ ability of chemotherapy occupational protection.
