摘　　要：目的:采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对健胃愈疡胶囊中挥发性成分进行分析,为其化学成分研究及质量控制提供理论基础。方法:采用《中华人民共和国药典》一部(2010年版)附录XD挥发油测定法,对健胃愈疡胶囊的挥发性成分进行提取,用GC-MS法对其进行鉴定,以毛细管柱进行分析,面积归一化法测定其相对含量。结果:共分离出40个化学成分,鉴定出其中的27个成分,相对含量超过4%的成分有2-莰醇(20.03%)、棕榈酸(13.04%)、DL-异冰片醇(8.40%)、油酸(6.04%)、三十烷(4.66%)、三十一烷(4.42%)、十七烷(4.33%)及十八碳烷酸(4.07%)。结论:健胃愈疡胶囊中挥发性成分主要为萜、烷烃和脂肪酸等类化合物。Objective： To analyze the volatile components of JianweiYuyang capsule by GC-MS in order to provide theoretical basis for the study of chemical constituents and quality control. Methods ： The volatile constituents of JianweiYuyang capsule were extracted with steam distillation method according to CHP（2010）. The components were identified by GC-MS and quantitatively determined with normalization method. Results： Forty compounds were detected and among them twenty seven compounds were identified, representing 91.17% of total amount. The compounds that the relative content was more than 4% were L （-）-borneol （ 20. 03% ）, DL-isoborneol （ 8. 40% ）, hexadecanoic acid （ 13.04% ）, heptadecane （ 4. 33% ）, triacontane （ 4. 66% ）, bentriacontane （ 4.42% ）, octadecanoic acid （ 4.07% ） and oleic acid （ 6.04% ） respectively. Conclusion： The main components in the volatile oil of JiauweiYuyang capsule were terpenoids, alkanes and aliphatic acids.
