摘  要:目的:戊二醛消毒液灌注石膏模型的精确性研究。方法:用高精度电子数显卡尺对标准模型和戊二醛消毒液灌注的超硬石膏模型特定位置进行尺寸测量并进行比较分析。实验分为两个大组(25-26牙位长度测量组,4-7牙位长度测量组);三个不同浓度戊二醛消毒液模型灌注组(0.5%消毒液模型灌注组,1.0%消毒液模型灌注组,2.0%消毒液模型灌注组)。每组实验重复6次,数据记录为均数±标准差,采用SPSS 17.0软件行t检验。结果:比较所有56牙位长度测量组和所有4-7牙位长度测量组,统计分析结果显示,任意两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用于石膏模型灌注的戊二醛消毒液浓度不影响模型精确性。结论:低浓度戊二醛消毒液具有用于灌注石膏模型的可行性且对模型的精确性不会产生显著性影响。Objective: This study was designed to investigate the effect of glutaral disinfectant solutions on dimensional stability of plaster models. Methods: The dimension of plaster models was measured and compared with the size of standard model. The whole study included two groups and three subgroups. Every group was repeated six times. The data were recorded as mean and standard error. The t-test statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software. Results: There were no significant differences among any two groups. There was no effect of concentrations of disinfectant on the dimensional stability of plaster model. Conclusion: There was no effect of low concentration glutaral disinfectant solution on the stability of plaster models.
