摘  要:目的:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定通脉冲剂中葛根素、阿魏酸和丹酚酸B的含量。方法:色谱柱为岛津ODS-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%甲酸(V∶V=30∶70),流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为321 nm。结果:葛根素、阿魏酸和丹酚酸B的质量浓度分别在40.20-402.00、1.05-10.50、39.80-398.00μg/ml内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,r均为0.999 9。三者精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均〈2%;三者平均加样回收率分别为100.20%、99.75%和99.81%,RSD分别为1.02%、1.34%和0.97%。结论:该法简便可行、重复性好,可用于控制通脉冲剂的质量。OBJECTIVE: To establish HPLC determination of puerarin,ferulaic acid and salvianolic acid B in Tongmai medicinal instant granules. METHODS: The chromatographic separation of the samples was performed on a C18column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) maintained at 35℃ and the mobile phase consisted of methanol( A) and0. 1% formic acid( B)( V ∶ V = 30 ∶ 70) at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml / min and detective wavelength of 321 nm. RESULTS:The linear ranges of puerarin,ferulaic acid and salvianolic acid B were 40. 20-402. 00 μg / ml,1. 05-10. 50 μg / ml and39. 80-398. 00 μg / ml,respectively( r = 0. 999 9). The RSDs of the tests of precision,reproducibility and stability were all lower than 2%. The average recoveries were 100. 20%,99. 75% and 99. 81%,respectively with RSDs of1. 02%,1. 34% and 0. 97%,respectively. CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple and reproducible and it can beused for the quality control of Tongmai medicinal instant granules.
