摘  要:通过综合运用热疗和化疗在肿瘤治疗方面的作用,腹腔温热化疗方法在抑制癌细胞腹膜转移、降低腹腔癌症术后复发率等方面取得了显著成效。针对当前用于实施腹腔温热化疗疗法的体腔热灌注系统存在的缺陷,设计了一套腹腔温热化疗仪,运用系统辨识方法建立了腹腔内热量交换过程的数学模型,设计了基于模型的流量-温度模糊控制策略,运用Simulink仿真优化了控制器结构。实验室模拟腹腔温热化疗实验表明,腹腔内药液温度上升平稳,腹腔内部、腹腔出口处的稳态温度均达到41℃,满足了腹腔温热化疗疗法对药液温度控制的要求。By combining the efficacy of hyperthermia and chemotherapy on tumor treatment, intraperitoneal hy- perthermic chemotherapy (IHCT) achieves satisfactory curative effects in inhibiting peritoneal metastasis and decrea- sing the postoperative recurrence rate. By analyzing the defects of current abdominal perfusion system, an IHCT ma- chine is developed in this paper, a mathematical model on heat exchanging process of abdominal cavity is obtained u- sing system identification technique. Flow rate-temperature control strategy using fuzzy logic controller is proposed on the basis of the mathematical model and model structure is optimized using MATLAB Simulink. Simulation experi- ments in laboratory indicate that the temperature of abdominal cavity rises steadily, the temperature in and at the out- let of abdominal cavity are controlled at 41℃ , the error of which is in the clinic range. The control strategy meets the temperature requirement of IHCT.
