定西市脱毒马铃薯病毒携带情况及趋势分析

摘　　要：应用DAS-ELISA法对定西市脱毒马铃薯种薯企业生产的脱毒苗、原原种和原种分别进行PVX、PVY、PVS和PLRV病毒检测。结果表明,脱毒苗的病毒携带率为31.21%,原原种的病毒携带率为14.11%,原种的病毒携带率为31.47%。携带1种病毒的情况下,PVS的携带率均最高,携带2种以上复合病毒的情况也有检出,其中PVX+PVS复合病毒的携带率均最高;PLRV只有在脱毒苗样品中检出,PVX+PVY+PVS复合病毒只有在原原种的1个样品上检出。此外,对影响当地种薯质量的主要病毒及各级种薯携带病毒的趋势进行了讨论。Potato in vitro plantlets, pre-elite seeds and elite seeds produced by Dingxi City seed potato companies were tested for potato virus X （PVX）, potato virus Y （PVY）, potato virus S （PVS） and potato leafrol virus （PLRV） using DAS-ELISA method. The infection rate was 31.21%, 14.11%and 31.47%, respectively, for in vitro plantlets, pre-elite seeds and elite seeds. For single virus infection, PVS infection rate was the highest. Double infection was also found, with PVX＋PVS being the most popular. PLRV infection was detected only in in vitro plantlet samples and PVX＋PVY＋PVS complex infection in one pre-elite sample. The main viruses affecting seed potato quality and infection trend for various grades of seed potato were also discussed.
