摘  要:高校需要通过教师培训来不断提高教师的能力素质,使自身的综合竞争力得以提升。但传统的他组织教师培训会削弱教师的自主性和创新性,而单纯的自组织培训又容易导致忽略高校培训目标的弊端。因此,构建以自组织为核心、他组织为辅助的多元化高校教师培训系统,从系统论的角度研究高校教师培训的机制和规律,为高校更好地组织教师培训提供新思路十分必要。Colleges require the teacher training to improve teachers' ability and quality, so that their overall competitiveness can be improved. But the traditional Hetero - Organization teacher training will undermine teachers' independence and innovation, and the simple Self-Organization teacher training easily leads to the neglect in training target, so this paper constructs a diversified college teacher training system, which gives priority to Self - Organization supplemented by Hetero - Organization. It also does some research on the mechanism and rules of college teacher training from the perspective of the systematic theory to provide new ideas for better organization of college teacher training.
