摘　　要：人格培育是指对个体的人格按照预设目标进行塑造的教育活动过程,反思当前我国高等教育人格培育工作存在的问题,探索基于大学生人格特征现状和职业定向的人格培育路径,已成为摆在大学教育者面前迫切需要解决的一个重要课题。文章通过对黑龙江省994名土木工程类专业大学生的大五人格调查,以产业需求的土木工程人才职业人格分析为基础,提出了以心理健康教育为主要形式的健全人格培育,以专业课程和课堂教学为主要平台的职业人格培育,以社会实践为主要渠道的职业成功人格引导的分层人格培养路径。Personality cultivation is a specific educational activity to shape university students＇ personality, which complies with predetermined personality goal. Aiming at the problems of personality cultivation of China＇ s current higher education, it is absolutely necessary to research the methods for cultivating college Students＇ professional personality. Therefore, the article takes a sample of 994 college students studying civil engineering in Heilongjiang province. It provides a training style of classified personality traits which is guided by positive career - demanded traits, including the main style of psychological health education, the main platform of class - teaching ＆ compulsory courses and the main channel of social practice.
