摘　　要：经过对该项课题的深入研究,文章较为详细地介绍了高校如何加强学生创新与实践能力培养研究的全过程,设计与实现了培养学生创新与实践能力系统的框架结构及实施过程,通过上述方案的实施和该系统的运行,对在高校培养学生创新与实践能力上具有一定的推动作用。After a thorough study of the subject, the article describes in some details how higher universities strengthen students＂ culture of innovation and practical ability in the whole process. The design realizes students＇ innovative and practical ability system framework and implementation process. The implementation and operation of the system drives the students in improving innovation and practical ability in colleges and universities to some extend.
