摘　　要：结合供电企业的实际情况,对目前供电企业员工教育培训的现状与问题进行了分析总结。文章从建立供电企业职工培训体系,制定了供电企业职工培训制度,完善培训管理的制度模式三方面探讨了供电企业职工培训的实施方略,并对供电企业职工培训内部机制的形成做了详细的阐述。Combined with the actual situation of power supply enterprise,analyzed and summarized the current situation and the problem of power supply enterprise staff education and training, the from the .establishment of the power supply enterprise staff training system, formulated the power supply enterprise staff training system, discusses the strategy of power supply enterprise staff training to improve the training management system in three aspects,and to the power supply enterprise staff training,internal mechanism of formation in detail.
