摘 要:随着生活水平的提高,糖尿病及其并发症的发病率也呈逐年上升趋势,这给人们和社会带来了巨大的负担。因传统药物治疗的盲目性以及副作用,人们亟需去寻找更为安全、有效的治疗方案。随着对营养基因组学的深入研究,人们认识到通过营养素的干预可降低因个体易感基因缺陷所带来的2型糖尿病患病风险,这种个体化的非药物性治疗,有针对性且副作用小。本综述总结了主要以近年来已报道的2型糖尿病易感基因及其与营养素间的交互作用,旨在为2型糖尿病的健康干预方案提供理论依据。With the enhancement of living quality, there is an upward trend in incidence of diabetes and its complications, which brings great burden to both people and society. Because of the blindness and side effects of traditional medicine, people need to find more safe and effective treatment. With the in-depth study of Nutrigenomics, people realized that nutrition intervention can decrease type 2 diabetes risk due to the defect of individual susceptibility genes. These individualized non-drug therapies is targeted and fewer side effects. This review mainly summarized the susceptibility genes of type 2 diabetes in recent years and its interaction with nutrients, aiming at providing theoretical basis of a health intervention program for type 2 diabetes.
