紫杉醇治疗卵巢癌相关文献统计分析

摘　　要：本研究通过对万方数据库中1982—2014年的紫杉醇治疗卵巢癌相关文献检索,并进行统计分析可知,1982—1994年紫杉醇治疗卵巢癌相关研究的期刊论文数量相对较少,说明此项研究工作不够系统;1995—2010年此项研究相关论文数量呈现先上升后下降的趋势,说明此时间段是紫杉醇治疗卵巢癌研究的热点阶段。本统计分析研究旨在为国内学者对紫杉醇治疗卵巢癌的深入研究提供相关信息。In this study,the paclitaxel in the treatment of ovarian cancer-related literature articles from1982 to 2014 were retrieved in Wangfang database. The statistical analysis of the literature Articles from 1982 to1994 show： a relative small number of journal articles on paclitaxel treatment of ovarian cancer-related research in this period and the relative research is not systematic; in 1995 ～ 2010,the number of relevant papers presented in this study first increased and then decreased rapidly,indicating that is a hot stage on paclitaxel treatment of ovarian cancer research in this period. The study aims to provide relevant information of statistical analysis to domestic researchers,whom working on paclitaxel treating ovarian cancer.
