摘　　要：随着现代化产前诊断技术的不断提高,大部分出生缺陷已在产前得已明确诊断。因此,对患儿在出生的第一时间进行外科干预,对改善其预后起到了重要作用。产时胎儿手术是指在胎儿娩出过程中及娩出后立即进行的缺陷矫正的手术,此技术以其特有的优势正广泛应用于临床。文章就产时胎儿手术先进技术的临床应用予以阐述。With the improvement of modem prenatal diagnostic techniques, most of the birth defects have already been diagnosed.Therefore, timely surgical intervention plays a significant role in improving the prognosis.Intrapartum operation on fetuses is the advanced fetal surgery in the fetus - neonatal period.This technology is widely used clinically because of its unique advantages.In this paper, the clinical applications of intrapartum operation on fetuses were summarized as follows.
