摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮不同蛋白质水平对育肥东串猪生长性能、血清生化指标及胴体性状的影响。试验随机选取48头体重(46.45±0.54)kg的东串猪,随机均分至3个组,每组4个重复,每个重复4头(公母各占1/2)。3组饲粮蛋白质水平分别为11.5%(低)、12.5%(中)和13.5%(高)。换料期3 d,饲养期80 d。结果显示,高蛋白质水平组育肥东串猪相对于低蛋白质水平组末重显著增加(P<0.05),平均日增重、平均日采食量、料重比等指标有一定改善,血清肌酐含量显著降低(P<0.05);高蛋白质水平组眼肌面积、瘦肉率相比低蛋白质水平组均有一定提高,眼肌面积增加41.05%。综合考虑上述因素,在东串猪育肥阶段,饲粮蛋白质适宜水平为13.5%。This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different dietary crude protein levels on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and carcass characteristics of fattening Dongchuan pigs.Forty-eight Dongchuan pigs were randomly assigned to 3 groups with 4 replicates per group and 4 pigs per replicate(half male and half female).The pigs were fed with diets containing 11.5 %(lowprotein group),12.5 %(medium protein group) and 13.5 %(high protein group) crude protein,respectively.The feeding transition period lasted for 3 days and the feeding period lasted for 80 days.The results showed that the final weight of high protein group was significantly higher than that of lowprotein group(P〈0.05),and average daily gain,average daily feed intake,feet to gain of high protein group were slightly improved comparing with lowprotein group.The serum creatinine content of high protein group was significantly higher than that of lowprotein group(P〈0.05).Moreover,the loin eye area and lean meat percentage of high protein group were increased to some extent compared with lowprotein group,and the loin eye area was enhanced by 41.05 %.In conclusion,the appropriate crude protein level for fattening Dongchuan pigs can be set as 13.5 %.
