摘　　要：本文针对青海大学校园网在大学生上网行为监管中的应用现状和发挥的作用,从网络技术层面分析总结大学生上网行为特点,提出大学生上网行为的监管与引导机制,将网络技术更好地应用和服务于校园思想政治教育具有重要的指导意义。Aiming at the application and the function of the campus network of Qinghai University in supervising student＇s Internet behavior, this paper analyzes and summarizes the behavior from the perspective of the network technology. The paper puts forward a mechanism of supervising and guiding this behavior, which is significant in guiding the application of network technology, as well as the service of campus ideological and political education.
