中药益肝调脂饮治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析对非酒精性脂肪肝患者采用中药益肝调脂饮治疗的效果,为其临床治疗和应用提供有效的数据支持。方法:入选的研究对象均为在本院接受治疗的非酒精性脂肪肝患者(200例),研究开展的时间为2013年3月-2014年4月,根据患者在治疗期间接受的不同治疗方案,将其分为两组,对照组患者100例,临床期间采用常规护肝片治疗,观察组患者100例,临床期间采用益肝调脂饮治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的血脂和肝功能变化,并评估患者的治疗效果。结果:经临床观察比较,观察组患者的肝功能、血脂变化水平明显优于对照组,组间比较,差异明显,P<0.05;观察组患者的治疗效果为91.4%,对照组为84.3%,观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:采用中药益肝调脂饮进行非酒精性脂肪肝的治疗可有效提高临床治疗效果,改善患者的血脂和肝功能水平,值得临床重视和推广。Objective： To study efficacy of the Yigan Tiaozhi decoction on nonalcoholic fatty liver, and to provide data support for the clinical treatment and application. Methods： 200 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group took conventional treatment. The observation group took the Yigan Tiaozhi decoction. Changes of blood lipid and liver function before and after treatment were compared in the two groups, and the efficacy was evaluated. Results： The clinical observation, liver function, changes of blood lipid level in the observation group were significantly better than the control group.The difference between groups was significant, P〈0.05; The total efficiency in the observation group was 91.4% and that in the control group was 84.3%. The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher,P〈0.05. Conclusion： Treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with the Yigan Tiaozhi decoction can improve the clinical treatment effect, improve blood lipid and liver function levels, is worthy of attention and promotion.
