高校数据素养教育实践的思考和建议——基于哈佛大学案例和我国图书情报人员访谈的分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]我国对数据素养的研究和教育实践处于起步阶段,缺乏实践经验和结合现状的本土教育研究,且尚未形成完备的数据素养建设方案。针对我国现状探讨高校图书馆数据素养教育实践的思路和策略,为高校图书馆合理分配有限资源和建立数据素养培养机制提供参考。[方法/过程]介绍哈佛大学数据素养教育的案例,从核心层、外围层、相关层3个层面论述其在数据意识、数据知识、数据技能和数据文化4个方面的实践经验;就我国图书馆专业人员的数据素养现状和其对数据素养教育的看法进行访谈。[结果/结论]结合哈佛大学案例和对我国图书情报人员的访谈分析,提出我国高校开展数据素养教育实践的思路:制定数据素养的教育和管理政策,加强图书馆"数据科学家"人才的培养,嵌入科研生命周期中进行渗透式教育,注重数据文化并加强交流合作。[ Purpose/significance ] The paper tries to explore the development strategies of data literacy education of academic libraries in China. [ Method/process ] This paper introduces data literacy education at Harvard University, dis- cussing the cultivation of data awareness, data knowledge, data skills and data culture from three levels： the core layer, the outer layer and the related layer. And through the interviews of status and views of librarians and students in our coun- try, the educational practice is in line with the actual situation. [ Resnit/condusion ] Based on the Harvard case and inter- views studies, it provides ideas to conduct data literacy practice ： developing education and management policies, culturing the library ＂data scientists＂, embedded education and emphasizing data cultural and cooperation.
