摘　　要：肺癌是目前发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,严重危害了人类的健康,转移和复发是肺癌患者死亡及治疗失败的主要原因。循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)在肺癌的复发和转移中起重要作用,可评价患者预后、监测病情进展、评价治疗疗效、指导临床用药、体现肿瘤生物学行为,对提高肺癌患者生存率有重要作用。Lung cancer is the highest morbidity and mortality of malignant tumor,which causes serious damage to the human health. Metastasis and recurrence are the main reasons which cause patients to die and treatment failure in lung cancer. Circulating tumor cells（CTCs） play important role in the recurrence and metastasis of lung cancer. It can evaluate the patients＇ prognosis,detect the progress of disease,evaluate the curative effect of disease treatment,guide the clinical medication and reflect the tumor biological behavior. It palys an important role in improving the survival rate of lung cancer.
