摘　　要：目的:探讨功能性电刺激(FES)对脑血管病偏瘫侧体感诱发电位的影响。方法:对本院11例急性脑梗死患者分为对照组6例和FES刺激组5例。对照组患者入院后采用常规的运动康复方法,FES刺激组在常规运动康复方法上给予FES刺激,两组患者治疗前后分别给予SEP检测。在所有患者入院后1个月给予MAS、MESSS评分和随访观察患者3个月内的活动情况并进行Frenchay评分。结果:对照组患者常规治疗后SEP N20的潜伏期缩短,波幅增高,治疗前后比较差异显著P<0.05。FES组患者治疗后SEP N20的潜伏期缩短,波幅明显增高,治疗前后比较差异显著P<0.05,并且FES组的差异性大于对照组。对照组和FES组患者治疗后的SEP N20潜伏期和波幅比较,差异显著P<0.05。SEP与MESSS、MAS和Frenchay具有相关性。结论:早期行FES电刺激治疗,可以有效地改善脑血管病患者偏瘫肢体的运动功能进而提高患者的日常活动能力。Objective： To observe the effect of the functional electrical stimulation（ FES） on somatosensory evoked potentials of limbs of cerebrovascular disease patients. Methods： Eleven subject patients were randomly divided into control group（ n = 6） and FES group（ n = 5）. Two groups were given general treatment and FES group were added with functional electrical stimulation,two groups were given SEP testing before and after treatment. All patients were assessed MAS and MESSS scores after one month and assessed Frenchay scores after three months. Results： There were significant difference before and after treatment in control group＇s SEP N20 of latency and amplitude（ P〈0. 05）. There were significant difference before and after treatment in FES group＇ s SEP N20 of latency and amplitude（ P〈0. 05）,and the FES group had better effect. There were significant difference of SEP N20 latency and amplitude between control group and FES group（ P〈0. 05）. There were close correlation between SEP,MAS and Frenchay. Conclusion： FES obtained in early stage,can effectively improve the patients with cerebrovascular disease limbs motor function and thus improve the patient＇s activities of daily living.
