摘 要:目的:建立了HPLC测定黄精丸中阿魏酸含量的方法.方法:用AglientTC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,0~15min,乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(20∶80)为流动相,流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长为316nm,柱温35℃,进样体积10μL,应用安捷伦1200系列液相色谱仪进行测定.结果:阿魏酸与其他成分分离良好,在0.0129μg^0.1161μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999998),平均回收率(n=6)为99.96%.结论:该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于测定黄精丸中阿魏酸含量.A simple and quick method is described for the determination of Ferulic Acid in Huangjing Pills.Ferulic Acid in the sample was extracted using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC).Chromatography separation was performed using Agilent 1200 series HPLC system with a Aglient TC-C18 column and gradient elution with a mixture of two solvents: solvent A,acetonitrile,solvent B,0.085% phosphoric acid.0 to 15 min A∶ B( 20∶ 80).The effluent was monitored using a VWD detector set at 316nm.The flow rate was set at 1mL·min- 1 and the injection volume was 10 μL.The column temperature was maintained at 35℃.Ferulic Acid was well separated and the linearity was obtained with in the range of 0.012 9μg ~ 0.116 1μg( r = 0.999 998); The average recovery( n = 6) was 99.96%.The method is simple,accurate,reproducible,and can be used for determination of Ferulic Acid in Huangjing Pills.
