摘　　要：医学的发展和进步离不开临床科研,临床科研主要是通过以人为对象的临床试验来完成,医务工作者在从事临床科研与临床试验中,伦理问题贯穿科研与试验的始终.文章以2013年2月至2014年9月郑州大学第一附属医院伦理委员会审查项目为具体案例剖析,充分说明在临床科研中把握好医学伦理的应用,是医学科研工作者在科研与试验中运用伦理学,规范医疗行为和保证科研的客观性和真实性的有力保障.The development of medical science and progress cannot do without clinical research,clinical research is mainly accomplished by clinical experiments with human subjects,medical workers engaged in clinical research and clinical trials,always ethical problems through scientific research and test.This article analysis specific case from the ethics committee to review the project from 2013 February to 2014 September in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,fully illustrated the application of a good grasp of medical ethics in clinical scientific research,scientific research and medical workers in medical ethics is used in scientific research and experiment,standardize the medical behavior and the guarantee of scientific objectivity and authenticity of the powerful guarantee.
