摘 要:目的探讨常规保存方法对纯钛喷砂酸蚀表面理化性能及成骨细胞生物学特性的影响。方法经过喷砂酸蚀处理的钛片分为4组,常温常压下密封保存4个时间点。通过X射线光电子能谱和水接触角测量等手段分析钛片表面理化性能变化,在钛片表面进行MG63成骨细胞培养实验,观察细胞黏附和增殖的结果。结果钛片表面的化学组成随着储存时间的增加而改变,碳元素含量明显增加,0 d、3 d、1周、2周分别为24.3%、35.4%、39.2%、43.6%;钛片表面从最初的亲水性变成了疏水性。细胞培养结果表明,纯钛喷砂酸蚀表面的生物活性会随着保存时间的延长而逐渐下降。结论纯钛种植体的保存方法有必要改进,以获得更好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the changes of cellular response on sandblasted and acid-etched titanium surface stored with traditional preservation method. Methods Sandblasted and acid-etched titanium surface were prepared and divided into 4 groups, and stored in sealed containers for different durations. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS)and contact angle measurements were used to examine surface characterization. MG63 osteoblast-like cells were cultured on these disks, then cell attachment and cell proliferation were analyzed. Results XPS examination showed that carbon atomic percentage presented on titanium surface were increased with storage time. In addition, the surface was changed from hydrophilic to hydrophobic as the storage time prolonged. Compared with the former surfaces,better cellular response were presented on the treated titanium surface. Conclusion It' s necessary to improve the storage methods of titanium implant in order to achieve better clinical effects.
